2. Bookings & Payments
- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to receive credit or reschedule.
3. Client Responsibility
Each client plays an active role in their healing process. Results may vary depending on personal openness, intention, and readiness for transformation.
Nazahah serves as a facilitator and guide—healing occurs through your own connection to spirit and nature.
4. Herbal Products
All herbal and plant spirit formulations are organic, ethically sourced, and custom prepared. Due to the personal nature of these products, they are non-refundable once made or delivered.
5. Conduct & Respect
Healing sessions are sacred spaces. Mutual respect, openness, and mindfulness are expected. Any inappropriate behavior or misuse of services will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
